❶ After-sales service is provided only for products purchased through distribution channels in Korea recognized by the Tupperware brand, such as official Tupperware dealers or the official online shopping mall (shop.tupperware.co.kr).
❷ In cases where damage is judged to be due to impact or intentional damage, all items will be processed as “returns” even if they are included in the free exchange target.
❸ If it is difficult to exchange for the same product of the same color, it can be exchanged for a different color of the same product.
❹ Consumables such as blades are not covered by AS.
❺ Rice Keeper is not a functional product that prevents rice weevils or mold.
❻ The chopper cover can be replaced for a fee.
