2. ‘User’ refers to members and non-members who access the online shopping mall and receive services provided by the online shopping mall in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. ‘Member’ refers to a person who agrees to these terms and conditions and registers as a member by providing personal information to the online shopping mall, who continuously receives information from the online shopping mall and can continuously use the services provided by the online shopping mall. .

4. ‘ Product refers to a product manufactured , imported , and sold by the company .

② ' Among the terms used in these Terms and Conditions, any parts not specified in this Article shall be governed by relevant laws and general practices .

Article 3 (Posting and revision of terms and conditions)

② If necessary, the Company may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws.


③ When the Company revises the Terms and Conditions, the date of application and the reason for revision shall be specified and announced together with the current Terms and Conditions in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 from 7 days prior to the date of application of the revised Terms and Conditions until the day before the date of application. However, if the Terms and Conditions are revised to the disadvantage of the member, a notice will be provided from 30 days prior to the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions until the effective date, or a notification will be made via e-mail, text message, or on the screen within the service using the information provided by the member when signing up.


④ Even though the company has clearly announced or notified the member that the member will be deemed to have expressed his/her intention if he/she does not express his/her intention within a 30-day period while announcing or notifying the revised terms and conditions in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the member has not explicitly expressed his/her intention to refuse. However, if there are special circumstances in which the company cannot apply the existing terms and conditions to a member who does not agree to the revised terms and conditions, the company may terminate the online shopping mall use contract with the member.

Article 4 (Types of Services)

2. Delivery of products or performance of services for which a purchase contract has been concluded
3. Payment protection service, user inquiry service, product purchase review, and other information provision services, etc.
4. Event services provided by the company, etc.
5. Other tasks determined by the company in relation to the online shopping mall

Article 5 (Change in service)

① The company may change the details of the products to be provided if the product is out of stock, technical specifications are changed, or unavoidable conditions or circumstances occur. In this case, the company must announce or post the details of the changed product and the date of provision.


② If the company changes the contents of the service contracted with the member due to reasons such as product out of stock or change in technical specifications, the reason will be notified to the user.

Article 6 (User use of services)

① Even if a user does not register as a member, he or she can use all services except for services applicable only to members.


② Even for users who are not members, these Terms and Conditions apply in the same way as members except for matters applicable to members.

Article 7 (Membership Registration)


① Users apply for membership by filling out information in the registration form set by the company and expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions.


②The Company may register as a member only those users who have applied for membership in accordance with the preceding paragraph and who do not fall under any of the following items.

1. If there are false information, omissions, or errors in the registration information.
2. If it is not your real name or someone else’s name is used
3. If you are under 14 years of age as of the date of application for membership
4. When a member who has been notified of suspension or loss of qualification by the company terminates the service contract and reapplies during the period of suspension or loss.
5. If you have previously lost your membership in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, an exception may be made if you obtain the company's approval for re-enrollment.
6. If it is confirmed that the application for membership is in violation of these Terms and Conditions or is illegal or unfair in terms of social norms.
7. If 30 days have not passed since the member voluntarily withdrew from membership.
8. If the application is made for the purpose of disrupting or disrupting social order and morals
9. Application by a person who is unable to accept due to other reasons attributable to the applicant or who violates all other matters set by the company

③The member subscription contract is established when the company's approval reaches the member, and the company may not approve for reasons such as the company's management judgment.


④ If there is a change in the member information submitted to the company, the member must immediately notify the company of the change in a reasonable manner, such as changing the member information within the online shopping mall page or contacting the company's customer service center. The company will not bear any disadvantages arising from failure to do so.

Article 8 (Withdrawal of membership and loss of qualification)

① Members may request withdrawal at any time, and the company will immediately process this in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. However, even if a member withdraws from membership, these Terms and Conditions will continue to apply in cases where an already concluded transaction contract needs to be completed.

②If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the company may restrict or suspend the member's qualifications.


1. If false information is registered when applying for membership
2. If the user does not pay the price of products and services purchased using the services provided by the company or other debts borne by the user in connection with the use of the site on the due date.
3. If you refuse to receive a product purchased through an online shopping mall without justifiable reason.

7. When using the service, you interfere with the company's work in inappropriate ways, such as verbally abusing, threatening, or using obscene language toward the company's employees.
8. If you interfere with the company's business by habitually canceling, exchanging or returning products without justifiable reason after purchasing them.
9. In case a member dies

③The company may immediately revoke membership in any of the following cases.


1. If a member repeats the same act more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days even after the company restricts or suspends membership.
2. When purchasing products in large quantities for the purpose of reselling products, etc., thereby harming the order of sound commerce.
3. If a member loses membership, the member will be notified of the fact and given an opportunity to explain within a period of at least 30 days.


④If a member withdraws or loses membership, all points and other benefits will be forfeited.

Article 9 (Notice to members)


① If the company needs to notify a member, it can do so using the e-mail address, mobile phone, or address registered when registering as a member.

② In the case of notification to an unspecified number of members, the company may replace individual notification by posting the relevant information on the online shopping mall for more than one week. However, individual notification will be provided regarding matters that have a significant impact on transactions with members.

Article 10 (Product Purchase)


Online shopping mall users apply for purchases on the online shopping mall using the following or similar methods.


1. Search and select products

3. Confirmation of contents related to terms and conditions, services with limited right to cancel subscription, and burden of costs such as delivery fees.
4. Indication of agreement to these terms and conditions and confirmation or rejection of the matters in item 3 above
5. Check transaction conditions that affect the decision to purchase or matters necessary to relieve damage to users.
6. Agree to apply for purchase of products, etc. and confirm the same or confirm the online shopping mall.
7. Selection of payment method

Article 11 (Purchase Contract)


① The Company may not accept a purchase application under Article 10 if any of the following applies.

1. If there are false information, omissions, or errors in the application details.
2. If it is judged that there is a significant technical impediment to accepting and implementing other purchase requests.
3. If the purchase applicant is confirmed to be a member whose membership has been restricted, suspended, or lost
4. If there is a risk of disrupting transaction order by repeatedly ordering the same product with the same ID.
5. In cases where it is judged to be detrimental to the order of commerce, such as requesting delivery of the same product ordered with multiple IDs to the same address.
6. If a purchase application is made for the purpose of resale or other illegal methods or purposes that may undermine the normal commercial order.
7. If a user applies for purchase when an error occurs in the information such as the price of the product notified by the company due to technical reasons, etc.

②The contract is deemed to have been concluded when the notice of acceptance sent by the online shopping mall reaches the user.

③ After the contract is established, if the company discovers any of the reasons specified in Paragraph 1, the company may immediately cancel the contract, and upon cancellation of the contract, the product price paid by the user will be immediately refunded.

Article 12 (Payment Method)


You can select a payment method for products purchased from an online shopping mall among the following methods.

1. Payment by various cards such as prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, etc.

Article 13 (Delivery of products, etc.)


① Unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the timing of supply of products, etc., the company will deliver the product within 7 days from the date of application by the user, or within 3 business days if the company receives all or part of the payment. We take other necessary actions such as ordering, production, packaging, etc.

Article 14 (Refund)

② When a user receives a product, return or exchange is not possible in any of the following cases.

2. When the value of the product, etc. has decreased significantly due to use or partial consumption by the user.
3. If the value of the product has decreased significantly over time to the extent that resale is difficult.

5. When the company has notified you in advance about restrictions on cancellation and exchange, such as when the company produces individually according to the user's order, etc.


Article 16 (Effect of withdrawal of subscription, etc.)

① If the company receives a product, etc. from the user, it will refund the amount already paid for the product within 3 business days. In this case, if the company delays the refund of products, etc. to the user, it will pay delay interest calculated by multiplying the delay period by the delay interest rate determined and announced by the Fair Trade Commission.

② In refunding the above amount, if the user paid for the product, etc. using a payment method such as a credit card, the Company may, without delay, have the business operator who provided the payment method suspend or cancel the billing for the product, etc. request.

③ In the case of withdrawal of subscription, etc., the user is responsible for the costs required to return the supplied products. The company will not charge a penalty or compensation to users for reasons such as cancellation of subscription. However, if the contents of the product, etc. are different from the contents of the display or advertisement, or the contract is implemented differently and the contract is canceled, the company will bear the costs necessary to return the product, etc.

④ If the user pays shipping costs when receiving a product, etc., the company will clearly indicate who will bear the costs when canceling the subscription so that the user can easily understand.

⑤ If the product, etc. returned by the user has already been partially used or consumed, the company will charge the user an amount equivalent to the profit earned by the user through the use or partial consumption of the product, etc. or the cost incurred in supplying the product, etc. You can.

Article 17 (Obligations of the company)


①The Company shall not engage in any acts prohibited by the law or these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide products on a continuous and stable basis in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

②The company must have a security system to protect users’ personal information so that users can use Internet services safely.

③The company does not send advertising e-mails for commercial purposes that users do not want.

Article 18 (User Obligations)

②Users must not perform any of the following acts.

5. Unauthorized changes to information posted or posted by the company

7. Acts that infringe on the copyrights and other rights of the company or third parties.
8. Any act that damages the reputation of the company or other third parties or interferes with their business.

10. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, or other information that is against public order and morals on the online shopping mall.
11. Purchasing products in large quantities for the purpose of resale, etc., thereby harming the order of sound commerce.
12. When conducting business activities using services provided by the company without the company’s explicit prior consent.
13. Posting or sending an e-mail by impersonating or impersonating an executive or employee of the company or by stealing another person's name.
14. Posting or e-mailing materials containing software viruses or other computer codes, files, or programs designed to disrupt or destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment.
15. Other illegal or unfair acts, violations of terms and conditions or guidelines, etc.

Article 19 (Member ID, password)

① Members are responsible for managing their ID and password.

②Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password.

③ If a member becomes aware that his/her ID or password has been stolen or is being used by a third party, he/she must immediately notify the company and follow the company's instructions, and the company is responsible for any disadvantages arising from failure to follow the company's instructions. Article 20 (Personal Information Protection)

Article 21 (Deletion of posts or contents)

Article 22 (Intellectual property rights, etc.)

Article 23 (Dispute Resolution)

Article 24 (Jurisdiction)

① These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

②The court of jurisdiction for lawsuits regarding disputes arising between the Company and users shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.

These terms and conditions apply from July 15, 2021.
